You’ll develop the ability to read your opponent, master complex combinations, and control the pace of the round. This is where you stop just throwing punches and start thinking like a fighter.

  • Focus: Combination Punching, Ring Movement, Defensive Reactions, Precision Pad Work, and Advanced Drills. If you have any amateur fights, you should book intermediate sessions.

  • Goal: To sharpen technical skills, enhance reaction time, and significantly improve overall Fight IQ.

Elite Preparation for the Paid Ranks.

This is where the 'Sweet Science' becomes a career. Our Professional Boxing program is a high-performance environment dedicated to active competitors and those transitioning into the pro circuit. Training is no longer just about fitness, it's about tactical warfare. We provide the elite-level coaching, sport-specific conditioning, and strategic mentorship required to navigate the pressures of professional prize fighting with coaches who have been on the big stages and televised bouts.

  • Focus: Advanced Fight Strategy, Elite Pad Work, Technical Sparring, Championship Conditioning, and Personalized Game Plan Development. Professional fighters (boxing/MMA) should book Professional sessions.

  • Goal: To successfully prepare athletes for the physical and mental rigors of professional bouts.

Youth Boxing Beginner

Building Champions in Life and the Ring.

Our Youth Boxing program is designed to channel energy into focus. We teach students the fundamentals of boxing in a safe, structured environment that emphasizes personal growth over competition. By mastering technical skills, youth athletes build the physical coordination and mental resilience needed to succeed both inside the gym and in their daily lives.

  • Focus: Athletic Coordination, Self-Discipline, Self-Confidence, Fundamental Boxing Technique, and Youth-Specific Conditioning.

  • Goal: To develop strong, resilient athletes and instill positive life habits through consistent training.

One ON ONE SESSIONS

Youth Boxing Intermediate

Advancing the Skillset. Strengthening the Mind.

Designed for young athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready for a greater challenge. Our Intermediate Youth program introduces complex combinations, reactive defense, and the strategic 'chess match' of boxing. We continue to prioritize a safe, supportive environment while increasing the intensity to help students develop the focus and poise of an experienced martial artist.

  • Focus: Advanced Coordination, Reactive Defense, Strategic Combinations, Ring Generalship, and High-Intensity Conditioning.

  • Goal: To sharpen technical ring-craft, increase mental focus under pressure, and prepare students for advanced athletic performance.

ONE ON ONE SESSION

YOUTH SPLIT SESSION (AGES 10 & UNDER)

Focused Training for Younger Champions (Ages 10 & Under).

Designed specifically for our youngest boxers, these 30-minute sessions are tailored to shorter attention spans and high energy. This 'Back-to-Back' format is perfect for families with two children under 10. Both children arrive at the same time: the first child trains for the initial 30 minutes, followed immediately by the second child for the remaining 30 minutes. A legal guardian must be present during the first session for both children to sign the required waivers.

  • Focus: Basic Motor Skills, Listening Skills, Introduction to Stance, Fun Athletic Drills, and Discipline.

  • Goal: To introduce the sport of boxing in an engaging, manageable timeframe that builds confidence and positive habits.

One on One Sessions

Women's 1 on 1 Boxing Training

Led by a passionate female trainer, this session takes the intimidation out of the gym and puts the focus on proper form and real boxing technique.   • Focus: Correct Boxing Form, Fundamental Striking Techniques, Cardio Conditioning, and Functional Strength.

  • Goal: To build a rock-solid boxing foundation and absolute confidence in a supportive, contagious environment.
